Fabric & Accessories Sourcing:

Woven: For USA /Canada and others without GSP facilitate countries we are usually sourcing fabrics & piece goods from locally and abroad like China, Taiwan, Thailand, Pakistan and India to minimize the costing. But for Europe market usually use local fabric with GSP facilities to minimize delivery lead-time as well. It is our pleasure to mention here that Bangladesh is producing good quality of denim, twill, canvas, poplin, sheeting, calico etc.

Knits: We can provide the fabrics of cotton, cotton/poly blends, yarn dyed, cotton/Lycra, Fleece etc. We can provide JERSEYS, RIB, Pique, FLEECE, DROP NEEDLES, MESH in any weight desired and welcome any development fabric the customer may need.

Sweater:There is some local and multinational company set up their own yarn manufacturing unit here in Bangladesh from where we can procure around 90% of total needs for 3gg, 5gg, 7gg & 12gg. Also we have goods source to procure yarn from abroad.

Washing:

We have been working with few renowned washing plants where we can all sorts of wash as per buyer requirements.

Screen Print:

Mother Printing And S.D. COLOUR HOUSE is our sister concern who are expert for all sorts of printing facilities have.

Embroidery:

TAJIM EMBROIDERY Is our sister concern who are able to do all sorts of embroidery works.

Minimum order quantity:

Normally we maintain a standard level that is 1000 pieces per color. But we can also consider to produce/manage any number of quantities in an exceptional case.

Production Lead-time from L/C receive date

Imported Fabric: 90-120 days subject to fabric quality, order quantity and styling.

Quality Monitoring Systems

Ø  Order Progress Process:

    On receipt of orders based on above, disussing with suppliers

    on progress preparation of critical path by highlighting critical

    stages involved

Ø  Weekly Progress Report:

    Meeting with Merchandisers, Quality controllers and Logistic

    staff will be held every day and status will be emailed to

    customers on every Monday.

Ø  Pre-Production check:

    Risk are reduced by checking material components,

    accessories/ user manuals etc. at this stage

Ø  Initial Production check :

    First finished products are checked against buyer’s

    specification and prototype sample. Deviator and brought out

    for correction.

Ø  During Production check

    Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify

    that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure

    the average quality standard of production runs.

Ø  Inline pre-final & final Inspection 

    Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment is performed according to the International Inspection Standards(IIS).

      The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as shrinkage, accessoies, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

Fabric Laboratory tests

Laboratory is included in our services it also helps the manufacture and exporters to conduct their business with low quality risk.  

Our Laboratory services contain:

Ø  Fabric: Construction particulars (counts, constructions and weight), Strength, Measurement and Seam performances.

Ø  Analysis: Flammability, Dimensional stability (Shrinkage) to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing /dry cleaning, Fibber analysis, etc.

Ø  Color Fastness: Color fastness to washing, Perspiration, Light, Rubbing test, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing, etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.

Ø  Garment: Dimensional Stability to washing / dry cleaning,             Appearance after washing / dry cleaning is tested.
